Stalked respects your right to control your personal data. This policy explains how you can request the deletion of your personal information from our systems.

In accordance with data protection regulations and Google Play policies, we provide users with comprehensive tools to manage and delete their personal data.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to certain legal and operational limitations outlined below.

How to Request Data Deletion

In-App Method

  • Open the Stalked app
  • Go to Settings → Privacy & Security
  • Select "Delete My Data"
  • Follow the confirmation steps
  • Receive email confirmation

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Include your registered email address
  • Provide account verification details
  • Specify data deletion requirements

Important Notice

Data deletion requests are irreversible. Once processed, your account and associated data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

Data Retention Exceptions

Deletion Timeline

Processing Schedule

  • Immediate Actions (0-24 hours): Account deactivation, Profile removal from search, Stop data processing.
  • Complete Deletion (30 days): Personal data removal, Backup system deletion, Third-party data removal.

Grace Period

There is a 7-day grace period after requesting deletion during which you can cancel the request and reactivate your account.

After the grace period expires, deletion becomes irreversible and cannot be undone.
